Hello everyone! A year ago I created a hide and seek map called "Hide and seek working with redstone" ... Now this is the same but better and updated.

The first map was very confused and now the mechanics are easier and you wont mess trying to understand how to start each game!

So, let's explain how does the map works now!

1.-Firstly, get your family, friends, unknown people, dogs, cats or anyone that wanna play with you, to join the map with you.

2.-There are three roles; hunter, hider and game master. Game master is the one who controls what happens in the map, like how much time will hiders have to hide or how much the game will last, etc. Hunters will try to hunt the hiders by killing them and hiders will… hide… obviously. The game must be divided by 75% hiders, 20% hunters and only one game master is allowed per game.

3.-Once everyone knows their role, the game master must go first. Then goes the hiders and last goes the hunters.

4.-After all the players are in their respective lobbies, the game master must communicate with the players to know when they're all ready.

5.-Once everyone is ready, the game master can start the game by pressing the pressure plate in their lobby.
Note: once game has begun, any player that joins will need to wait for the game to end in the main lobby, as the pressure plates in the main lobbies will disappear when the game starts.

6.-Firstly goes the hiders. They will have up to 2 minutes starting from 1 minute to hide. After that time has passed, then the hunters and game master will go.

7.-Hunters will have 10 minutes to kill all the hiders! (Approximately)

8.-Once the game has finished, the winner team will be declared.


Settings:


Must have command blocks enabled. Game is customizable by the gamemaster but features as game dificult should be in pacific for a peaceful game or normal for a harder game for both teams.
Notes:
•Once a hider dies, he will turn into a hunter, no matter if it is by natural reasons (being killed by lava or a mob) or by a hunter. (this is editable in the gamemaster's lobby)

•If you get trapped in an area of the map, use your ender pearls.

•Read the tips that I posted in each lobby! They're useful!

RUSH MODE

The rush mode will surprise you. The rush mode will start when the game is about to end. You will receive a notification in the chat when it happens!

What does it means?

The rush mode is basically the best part of the game. Both teams will receive positive effects to help them get their objective!

Hunters will get speed and jump boost (long period), 5 ender pearls while hiders will get invisibility and regeneration (short period) and 3 ender pearls. This will help considerably the hunter team to hunt their preys!

FAQ



1.-Can I make a review?

Sure. I'd be glad if you send me your video if you're gonna upload it to youtube so i can post your video link on the submission!

2.Can import this map to a server?

I don't see why you couldn't, a realm would be very good.

3.-Can I play it alone?

That's a weird question I'm pretty sure nobody would ask but eh, who knows........ Yes, you can. There's no reason why you wouldn't do that, but its better with friends, I promise you.

4.-How many civilizations there are?

Actually I'm not sure but I think there are 5 different civilizations in each biome; Overworld, Snow, Nether, Darkness, Amethyst.

5.-Time is more than 10 minutes

I know! seems Minecraft did a change with the Redstone speed or something because last year I remember it being 10-15 minutes but now it seems 20 or even more. Whatever it'd be, just don't think a lot about it.
6.-Can I play this map with mods?

Sure. I don't see why you couldn't

7.-Are there default settings you'd recommend when playing as the gamemaster?

Yeah! I'd recommend to not give weakness to hiders, so they can defend (makes game funnier), do not let players to spectate your game so there are more hunters to hunt, do not allow fall damage, time for hiders I'd recommend 2 minutes to let them hide in good places, always day can be whatever you want, but remember mobs spawns at night, so disable this in your lobby. the rest is up to you
